9/24/2001:
1. Now that we are starting to recover from the 9/11 tragedy, another blow comes to Canadians and border Americans -- Ernie Coombs, who played children's entertainer Mr. Dressup on CBC Television, died on Tuesday, 9/18, due to complications of a stroke; he was 73. Since he has meant so much to generations of Canadian children, he is memorialised on the main page this week.

9. I have added a little salute to the main page for all those involved in what was to have been "Operation Noble Eagle", as well as those involved in the healing process. This salute will remain on the main page, in some form, until further notice.
9/11/2001:
Issued an extra -- due to terrorist events. I did not bother changing the "updated" flags on the main page. Changes include noting this event in the timeline (including Nick keeping their own schedule); editing a fan story, "The Heist" (as it mentioned bombing the World Trade Center (actually, I put that part in -- long story)), and mentioning that Ruthless Tommy / Moose Country aired when the first plane crashed into the now-late World Trade Center. Remember this date.
