2/26/2001:
1. Revised the "Rugrats In Paris" page.
2. Revised the page on the Nicktoons' 10th anniversary.
3. Revised the Rugrats strip page.
4. Changed the look of the main page, including switching the ticker to Javascript -- the previous command I used only worked on Internet Explorer and AOLpress.
5. Revised Lulu and added Fifi in the character descriptions.
