Here are the Rugrats (Les Razmoket) videos that are sold in France, as well as Belgium and Switzerland (where French is one of 4 official languages). All VHS tapes are in SECAM color; all DVDs are Region 2, PAL color (playable in most of Europe, as well as Japan (on players that can convert PAL to NTSC)).
Unlike the rest of the world, most videos of the TV series are sold only in sets of two, not singly. These sets are also common in Britain and Australia, though in those countries, the tapes are also sold separately.
